About Us

The Moose Jaw Exhibition Company was established in 1884 as an Agricultural Society to operate the local Hometown Fair. In 1903, the Company was incorporated as a non-profit organization and has evolved to become an on-going business entity which offers a wide range of facilities and services: the annual Hometown Fair, stabling barns and heated Indoor & Outdoor Arenas utilized by tenants, and the participants who attend 25-30 Horse shows a year, two Convention/Meeting facilities – the Convention Centre's banquet facilities will accommodate up to 1000 people, with on-site caterers. We are the proud residence of the Saskatchewan Burrowing Owl Interpretive Centre – the Burrowing Owls are an endangered species, and we are very proud to have 12 Resident Owls, for public viewing and educational tours. The Company entertains over 90,000 visitors each year, who attend events and activities hosted on the Moose Jaw Exhibition Company grounds.

Our facilities are located on spacious grounds, on Thatcher Drive East, adjacent to the TransCanada highway and arterial roads.

The Moose Jaw Exhibition Company is a member of the Saskatchewan Association of Agricultural Societies and Exhibitions. The Company is a member-based organization which elects a Board of Directors, and has an active Volunteer base.
