Moose Jaw will be the host to the Saskatchewan Senior Fitness Association (SSFA) Provincial 55+ Games. These games are open to adults aged 55 years and over.

This event will highlight the importance of maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle at every age, not only through physical fitness, but positive social interactions and wellness in mind and body. We expect approximately 750 seniors to come to Moose Jaw to participate in 18 activities. We invite you to become involved in this fantastic event you can be a volunteer, sponsor this provincial event or compete as a participant!
